Lovely friendly staff.

OK but wouldn’t stay here again.
Staying for five nights during a bit of a heat wave.
Check in was quick and a pleasant service from the lady on reception.
Room is OK. Clean but the bathroom is tiny.
Maid service has been excellent so far with fresh towels when requested.
Small fridge works well and keeps drinks cool.
Rooftop bar is OK although tall seating is uncomfortable. Needs cushions. Views are not great, no sea view, just roof tops. Pleasant waiter though.
Needed more hangers in the wardrobe which we provided.
Breakfast is excellent. All self service but an excellent choice.
Location is good, close to the old town.
Main issue for us is the room temperature. Even with the air conditioning running on full chill the room is far too hot at night. We couldn’t sleep. This needs addressing and updating. Totally unacceptable in the modern era. Hence it losses two stars on my rating.

The air conditioning didn't work at all. Blowing air but not cool at all. The staff were very nice but the hotel needs to fix the air conditioning. We saw many people complain and change hotels so it wasnt just our room. Its a great location.

Bad service and worst AC
The whole experience was ruined.
We had booked a balcony hotel, ofc paid extra, because my wife is pregnant and would have liked more space to breathe but the AC in that room wouldn't work when we checked in.
They moved us to another room and still the same story. This was better than the balcony room but still hot.
We complained once and the lady at the reception just said all the rooms are like that.
Then it became much worse and we asked the reception again and then only they sent a technician who said yeah this one has problem. He fixed it and reduced the temperature but few hours later the same problem.
On top of that, cant call the reception from the room because it isnt working.
For anyone looking into staying here, I would skip.
Location is good but not worth these hassle.
