Mixed feelings
Overall, the hotel was nice, clean and modern, and most of the staff were friendly. However, our arrival was disappointing. We were initially given a very poor room at the back of the hotel, with a window facing a dirty wall in an alley. It felt nothing like the rooms shown in the booking photos. More like a prison cell.
After complaining, it felt like the staff were annoyed because we weren’t happy with the room and initially argued back against us. We had to accept the room we were given and basically be satisfied with it.
After some unpleasant discussion, we were eventually given an other room that was much better.
The bathrooms were extremely small, and the shower was difficult to access.
Unfortunately, despite the hotel itself being nice, some of the experience left us a little disappointed.

Good place with room for improvement
Room was small but comfortable. Nice bed and bathroom. Only thing I would improve is storage space as well as safe. Storage is extremely small. Since I stayed 8 nights it was impossible to store my clothing and would have appreciated a safe. Also, considering that I stayed for 8 days would have appreciated change of sheets since it was many days

Bathroom was pretty small and hard to use as there is little space. Breakfast had limited options.
