Staff excellent, great location

Staff superb , excellent, Alexandria and Bruno welcomed us with a smile and nothing was too much trouble
Extremely helpful on the phone when booking and at the hotel
Bed and pillows so comfortable
Breakfast excellent
Book parking before arriving, it’s right outside the hotel
No lift and the hotel is on a hill but short walk to the town
Dog friendly and also allowed in the breakfast room

Booked this hotel as it was listed as family friendly. It is Not. They Only serve breakfast , they do not serve lunch or dinner. So you spend a lot of time in and out of the hotel. There is no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor and had to carry a stroller, baby & toddler up and down multiple times a day. And suitcases on arrival and check out. On a positive, the hotel is clean, breakfast is nice and the staff did assist in getting baby bottles sanitized. This hotel is more suited to couples, not families

Lovely rooms and a wonderful breakfast, best croissants in the whole of France.
The pool is fantastic, great size and temperature. The staff are also super friendly. The hotel is nice and quiet and at the same time only a 5 minute walk to the center.

This hotel was perfect for us, we rented an apartment which worked great for two adults and our two teens. We were very comfortable and able to walk easily to town. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything.

Convenient location to the city. Loved the rooftop pool. Our room was a good size. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I'd like in particular to call out and thank Bruno and Julie.
