Service makes the difference

We had accidentally booked for the end of August instead of July, so we were there a month too early. We were lucky and one of the family rooms was still available. And we were really happy about the warm welcome and the uncomplicated reaction on site. We were in the family room on the 4th. Floor. Very spacious, very clean, easy to reach by elevator. We even received a welcome drink. The night was very quiet despite open windows, the beds, pillows and blanket very comfortable. The hotel is clearly older, but somehow it has charm because of that. The breakfast the next morning was sensational with noticeably high-quality products. In general, the team was very pleasant, attentive and professional. We can absolutely recommend this hotel.

Comfortable hotel and ideally located.

A modern and comfortable hotel very well located in Compiègne. Parking is available and everything can be done on foot. Good-sized superior room. Complete equipment. Hearty and high-quality breakfast. The person at the front desk was very friendly and gave us good advice for restaurants. We chose the Bistrot des Arts right next door and we had an excellent evening. First time in this hotel chain and surely not the last.

A weekend in Compiègne

We enjoyed our one-night stay in this cozy hotel, especially the room and its layout. Attentive and very kind staff.

NO A/C in the room Sleeping at 35 degrees

Bad experience finding that the hotel has no A/C in the rooms
Just a paper on the bed talking about save the environment. There are 40 degrees outside and more than 30 in the room.
I can understand that you consider that exceptional but you should highlight in the reservation and in case of severe hot weather inform customers.
