Location, accommodation, services, value for money at the top!
We loved this property at the foot of the Super Chatel ski lift. Pre-stay exchanges were easy. As I came with a roof box, a parking space was reserved in my name on the top floor of the ceiling, top! Checkin online allows direct access to the accommodation, great after a long drive. Very welcoming staff, spacious accommodation and beautiful terrace overlooking valley. Very clean pool and spa, very reasonable price at the end of the season. Don't change anything, I'll be back next year!

Horrible.
Big problem of maintenance and cleaning , we have recovered a housing 8 people with more than sloppy cleaning. After having done the reflection the cleaning lady was concretely dishonest.
Uncleaned toilet (saying that traces of c... on the toilet did not leave even though they were removed in 30 seconds) ,
Vacuum cleaner not passed in the kitchen bedroom and stairs more than horrible (videos and photos) full of crumbs on the sofa chair under the table
A sopalin passes on the table and watches what comes out of it!
We had to clean up ourselves!
Ineligible for a 4-star property
Present objects from the former client demonstrate that the household is baclé

Suite à votre signalement, notre équipe est intervenue sans délai pour constater la situation et vous a proposé une remise en état immédiate du logement. Un passage complet a ensuite été effectué selon les disponibilités convenues avec vous.
Après vérification, la présence de miettes sur une chaise a bien été constatée — c'est un manquement que nous ne minimisons pas et qui a fait l'objet d'un rappel aux équipes. Concernant les sanitaires, la marque visible correspond à une altération de la surface qui persiste malgré un entretien régulier, ce qui vous avait été expliqué lors de l'intervention.

Good stay overall.
Nevertheless an effort can be made on the cleanliness of the common areas (carpets in the corridors not vacuumed during the stay for example)
Furniture, including dining chairs in the apartment, should be renewed (dirt, wear and tear)

Hell.
We have been going with Odalys for several years for our winter holidays. This place had been recommended to us, especially for its ideal location, right in front of the ski lifts — which I confirm.
However, our accommodation, also located opposite the lifts, was extremely noisy from 6:30 in the morning. Every day, deliveries began early: engines left running, the sound of casks and crates of beer manipulated... not to mention a nightclub located directly opposite, open Tuesday to Sunday from 10pm to 5am. As a result, every night was punctuated by noise, screams, arguments, even fights. Our nights were just hellish.
Despite several complaints at the reception, no concrete solution was offered to us, while quieter accommodation, on the village side, seemed available. The only answer was to give us Quies balls... for a stay of 2100 €, this is unacceptable.
We are modest workers, we save every month to offer holidays to our children. And unfortunately, this stay was the worst we have ever experienced.
To top it all off, on the way home, after a difficult night and 900 km of road, my husband injured his cruciate ligaments. For her part, my daughter cut her finger at the pool because of the tiles. When she went to the reception to report the incident and seek treatment, the response was: “Sorry, I’m not a nurse,” with just a piece of cotton and tape. No care, no consideration.
This is extremely disappointing, especially after more than 12 years of loyalty. We definitely do not recommend and will not go back with Odalys.
