Pleasant stay

Very warm welcome, attentive and helpful staff.
The pool was a plus given this heat.
Air-conditioned and comfortable room.
Positive point for the bedding, the bathroom is new and well laid out.
Free and secure parking.
Pleasant stay.
Always a plus to be able to go to breakfast with the children.
Professional team.
We will be back...

Beautiful hotel

Modern room and bathroom, friendly staff. Abundant and varied breakfast (the warm homemade madeleines in the morning are the best ) however, the pool is aging and dangerous, it should be renovated

Bad stay! Not recommended!!!!

The hotel does not make the guest's life any easier. Employees are not helpful. The heat in both the rooms and the lobby was unbearable. And they said that in winter they put only 19 degrees Celsius and in summer only 26. They say they’re kids friendly but they’re not kids friendly: they make toys available and forbid children to play. They were extremely rude taking the ball from a 2-year-old child because she was with her brother playing in the place that they themselves made available a goal and 2 balls. They will complain because two young children were eating pizza at the restaurant with the family who had ordered many dishes from the house. They said they had kids menu but at the time of ordering there was nothing for them to eat. Missed everything. Cleaning leaves much to be desired. The employees, too. Horrible stay. I do not recommend it in any way. We won't come back!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, particularly one girl, perhaps the manager of the restaurant-bar, rude to the point of being indecent.
