Don't trust the good reviews
At the reception, a young Asian girl: “Do you speak English?” “No, we are French in France” and then erroneous indications regarding the obtaining of wifi, hence an hour and 2 round trips necessary to obtain the name of the Bbox and the corresponding correct password.
In the apartment: neither remote control worked and reception random. No rag in the kitchen. The toilet seat broken. The microwave on a sloping plane, difficult to heat a plate of soup...a chair with back feet going forward. And all in the manner.
Good breakfast except that the peach juice was sour, suri, because the juice is added in the decanters on the rest of the old...

What it does not deserve is the dirt in the rooms wc dirty bed that I have doubts, some mattress with lack of retirement and the remodels they have done lately are uncleaned, missing details in the garden, like the collection of dry leaves etc a little pampering and would be great.
By the way we were four friends and breakfast was scarce.
I hope Fhilis doesn’t take this comment personally, it’s to help see what’s not being observed from within.

Very mixed
The first “quality” restaurants are a 15-minute walk away, intra muros.
The garden and parking lot are located at the rear of the hotel, set back from the street, therefore quieter.
We had a room that had not been renovated, which is not annoying in itself.
What is even better is the absence of housekeeping.
Towels are changed every day. The bed is made, that's all.
When we arrived, the floors and toilets were not clean.
Same for the next 2 nights. We reported to the manager that the cleaning was not done properly, without result for our last night

Very good location but several shortcomings.
The first night they put us in room 10 and it was an insult: Small, old, ridiculous bathroom, there was no closet.... Even so, they charged us for it as a 3-star hotel.
We requested a change and the next day they moved us to a much better one but whose bathroom, since it did not have a screen, flooded every time we showered.
And the parking was there for 5 nights and they charged us for 6 days.

For one night
Private internal parking.
Very small room with balcony overlooking the internal garden.
Good cleaning.
Being near the station you can hear the passing trains a little but with the windows closed and the air conditioning on you slept.
Average breakfast.
Helpful and kind staff.
More than enough for one night.
