Room cleaning is every other day. But the day we requested, cleaners never came. But we just asked for extra toilet papers and towels and they provided it. We threw our trash away. Overall, the front reception was very helpful and accommodating.

Save your time and money-not a good stay!

I would not recommend and will never go back. Not a good stay for family celebrating graduation, requested bathroom to be cleaned with 2 teenage boys, denied. No manager to speak too.... They do NOT clean your rooms at all, even when asked, might as well go to an Airnbnb; 1 perk is breakfast is included in Residence Inns, no restaurant on site, poor hospitality, no mgmt on duty Fri-Mon morning. 47,000 points per night per room for a Cat1 hotel (due to graduation wkend) redefines poor value. I would seriously look at other hotels (or Airbnb), and we won't be staying at a Residence Inn again, and it's difficult to understand its association with the Marriott brand and makes me question my loyalty to that brand after no resolution at Corporate level. Apathy all around, so much for customer service.

I would like to clarify a few points and address your concerns. Our property does have management coverage throughout the weekend, and I apologize if there was any difficulty connecting with a manager during your visit. We are committed to being available and responsive to our guests at all times.
As a Residence Inn, we follow Marriott’s extended-stay housekeeping standard, which includes service every other day. However, our team is always happy to provide additional cleaning or supplies at any time upon request, and I’m sorry if we did not meet your expectations in this area.
While we do not have a full-service restaurant on site, we do offer complimentary breakfast and are located next to our sister property, which provides additional dining options within the same parking area.
We understand your concerns regarding value during a high-demand weekend and sincerely regret that your experience impacted your perception of our hotel. Your feedback is important and has been shared with our team so we can continue improving our service and communication.
We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future.

The hotel itself is great. The room was spacious and perfect for families. The pool was large and clean. I did not hear any loud noises at night. The breakfast was ok, the majority of the time they seemed to be out of most things. The front desk staff was helpful but didnt seem to be excieted to be ask anything. The hotel itself was great.

Room was large enough for our family. Breakfast is good and hotel is overall in good shape. Great location for graduation event, but since it was packed, the parking lot filled up.

Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. Employees were helpful and friendly. The coffee was the only thing that could be a little bit better.
