In my opinion, this hotel deserves 4 stars rather than 3. First of all, the location is 5-star—the views are stunning, and there are three beaches to choose from, all of which are beautiful. The room is comfortable, and the cleaning is excellent. Although the hotel isn't new, it is clean and well-maintained—kudos to the staff! A special thank you to the entertainment team—Krystal and Paula —who are always friendly, smiling, and full of new ideas to entertain guests. As for the food, there is plenty of it; no matter what time you arrive, a full menu is available. The food is delicious, and you’ll find something to suit every taste: fish, vegetables, fruit, desserts, a huge variety of pastries, and more. I am very pleased and happy I chose this hotel. You certainly won't be bored here ☺️

Lovely place
Let me start by saying what a beautiful place this is to stay the beach are delightful no hustle and bustle just very relaxing, The room was very spacious and we slept great every night the air-conditioning was needed also the cleaner who we had was very friendly and good at her job: the rest of the bar staff and restaurants guys always had a chat and smiles . Now for the food breakfast and lunch were fine plenty of choice but the evening meal let them down a few nights then special choice was hotdogs and burgers not something we would eat , I also some of the items ie soup was never labelled some of the sauces didn't have the right labels next to them we never went hunger but in my mind things could do improving would we return yes also some nice restaurants but only a few

Memories filling the heart
We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Mallorca. Everything was there: the rooms, the catering, the cleanliness and especially the kindness of all the staff, always smiling and available.
I would, however, like to make a very special mention of Crystal, the entertainer. She is a wonderful, sparkling and deeply kind person. She brings even more sunshine to the hotel thanks to her good humor, her communicative energy and her smile. Her activities are a real joy and contribute largely to making the stay unforgettable.
A huge thank you to the whole team, and a very special thank you to Crystal for her zest for life. We are leaving with magnificent memories and will return with great pleasure!

Hotel
The hotel was clean and basic. Good for what we needed. Staff friendly. The beach is stunning. Food was not great at all. Entertainment was brilliant. Krystal was amazing at entertaining also helping with other needs around the hotel and the local area.
