THE BEST GLOBALES HOTEL!!!
The hotel staff is very nice. The hotel is located next to a beach which makes it more nicer. My favorite is Krystal, the animation. She is very sweet and kind…. the show are also nice… especially the Mega Stars

Hotel service
We was a bit disappointed as some services was missing- no beach towels, drink list for all inclusive wasn’t great. Unfortunately pool by the hotel was small for the amount of the people in. Access to beach was rocky on one side with very little space on untreated beach ( beautiful rural space but not great for amount of people from hotel) with no refreshment around. You had to bring everything with you. On the other side of hotel is paid (paid loungers) sandy beach which was packed.
There was great program every day around pool and at disco bar at evenings so highlight was animation team with lovely Krystal and Paula who went above and beyond entertaining us and same for pool guard Moises who always had smile on his face.
Food was also amazing with theme each day.

We are sorry that some aspects of your experience did not fully meet your expectations. We understand your comments regarding the pool size, the all-inclusive drink selection, and the beach facilities.
Regarding the beach, we would like to clarify that in Spain all beaches are public and their maintenance, services, facilities and management are the responsibility of the local councils, not of the hotels. While we are fortunate to be located in a beautiful natural setting with direct access to the coast, factors such as beach equipment, refreshments, beach cleaning, access conditions and the availability of sunbeds are managed by the municipality. Nevertheless, we understand your observations and appreciate you sharing them with us.
