Gastronomic days flavors of yesteryear

We went to eat the menu of the gastronomic days, flavors of yesteryear.
Everything is spectacular, especially the raw boletus in season. I had never tried anything like it. Everything else is great too. The owner is very friendly, constantly asking us how the dishes were. He makes everything, he grows it and he collects it. He gave us everything to repeat. We got out of there rolling. Highly recommended

Impressive discovery

While on holiday in Zamora and back from visiting the Carrascal mines we passed Moralina and discovered the restaurant Los Arribes. A find. Very good food and everything fresh. Several menus to choose from and all quality. Everything coupled with Javier's kindness and professionalism was wonderful. Of course we repeat on another visit and we will do it again when we are in the area.

Quiet place with very good hand

Sunday, July 7, we went 5 people to eat. We chose the 30 euro menu in which we ordered rice zamorana, which those who ordered it said was very good, in addition they could repeat several times the amount they had put us. And we asked for beans with hare, exquisite, unraveled in your mouth. And chickpeas with boletus. Also spectacular.
While the food came out, he gave us a taste of some delicious mushrooms.
It takes time to serve because it does it in the moment and respecting the times of the meal, something that makes everything delicious.
Second we ordered the cod, and I think it's the richest I've ever eaten.
The owner super attentive and explaining many things about how he ran the business, with homemade products from his garden. Wine and shots made by him, pout coffee...

Everything great

We have gone to eat at the conference, everything was delicious, the boletus in spectacular raw seasoning, the rice was delicious, the chickpeas were the best I have ever eaten, the meat, the cod, the dessert, everything was delicious. Their liquors are a spectacle. The attention out of 10, the owner enjoys everything he offers you, to repeat and repeat
