An attractive concept compromised by serious management deficiencies.
Amaraxe has the foundations to be a commendable alternative tourism destination, and it is evident that the property operates with good intentions.
However, there is an absolute limit between a rustic environment and a systemic failure in professional hotel management. The customer experience is initially hindered by a total absence of prior information about services, which unfortunately led to financial contradictions; we were explicitly informed that the afternoon snack was complimentary, but we were asked for payment after checking out.
Logistically, the property has a steep slope that makes the facilities completely inaccessible for people with reduced mobility.
Furthermore, alternative tourism should never serve as a pretext for poor hygiene. The bathrooms and guest accommodations are completely neglected on a day-to-day basis. Towels are not changed and the lack of basic operational supervision frequently leaves guests devoid of essential supplies like toilet paper.
When these deficiencies were brought to management's attention, their response was extremely defensive, claiming that services are only performed every three days and that it is the customer's responsibility to explicitly demand basic needs. Expecting paying guests to actively manage basic property maintenance is a serious misunderstanding of customer service.
This administrative negligence extends acutely to labor practices. Forcing a single employee to manage 11 tents and 22 guests alone during the afternoon and night is an unacceptable operational failure.
Constructive feedback from guests is a valuable operational audit, not a personal grievance. Adopting a defensive stance toward valid criticism actively prevents this business from achieving commercial viability.
The property must make an immediate transition toward professional hotel management.

You won't want to leave, it's a paradise next to the sea!!
Its stores are beautiful, charming, comfortable and functional, the bed is very comfortable and the views are priceless, the sound of the sea, with the waves rocking you, is hypnotizing.
The separate bathrooms with each tent are beautiful and equally relaxing
a haven of peace and relaxation, next to the sea, to disconnect from everything, in the middle of nature
We will return for sure, the best ecoglamping experience without a doubt

Relax Nature Quality
The environment is dreamlike, the respect for nature is absolute, the tents are of the highest quality and each one has its own individual bathroom. Top-notch materials, with direct access to the beach, a cove and pool with wonderful views of the Ría de Noia. 100% recommended for a serene and quiet stay
