The truth is that it is the second time that my wife and I have stayed here and it is great...quiet neighborhood with all the necessary amenities, attentive staff, very pleasant pool area...for our part, if they maintain the same value for money we will repeat.

Excellent service and a lovely studio

The staff have been wonderful since the moment I arrived. Everyone has been welcoming, kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Linda and Dunia for their help during my check-in process for my long-term studio stay. They were very kind, professional, helpful, and made the whole check-in process easy and pleasant. Their warm attitude made me feel welcome from the very first moment.
The studio is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It has everything I need, and after just my first day here, i already feel at home. So far, everything has been great, and i am very happy with my stay.
Thank you so much!

Comfort, security and tranquility.

My family and I are grateful for the attention and service received by all the staff at Be Casa Valdebebas. Always our best choice to rest on our way through Madrid.

Luck of problem solving and cleaning issues

I like the place generally, BUT there is a huge luck of service.
Tons of cigarettes on the entrance, dirty washing machines alll the time, chaotic booking system.
I had a problem bc they initiated my deposit payment link in the other currency, so I paid more with no possibility to compensate it.
Cleaning is veeeryyy inconvenient and quality is not even middle.
And I have no idea for what exactly I shoud pay for my dog 20 euro per month.
I need to prevent him stepping on cigarettes trash on the entrance every day, but the staff still hushing this up and telling me "it's a street, we cant do nothing". Do not charge me additional pet's fee for that at least.

Disappointing room, bathroom like hospital

I booked a normal room at Be Casa Valdebebas and was assigned without warning a room with a bathroom that looks like a hospital: ugly shower curtains, metal bars and a cold and uncomfortable look.
This has nothing to do with the photos they show, where the rooms have modern and pleasant bathrooms like the one in the second picture.
Nobody asked me if I wanted this kind of room. If they had, I would have found another hotel.
Moreover, when I claimed, I was not offered any immediate solution and I also cannot cancel at the last minute because it takes days to return the money.
This is a lack of respect for the customer and a real tease.
A hotel in this category should give notice before assigning such unattractive rooms.
