So surprised !
The staff are so friendly and the whole complex is very clean, including the swimming pool, although typical of all outside pools very cold , but refreshing.
The apartment was very well equipped , really comfortable bed,and spacious really as good as the photos .
Will definitely stay here again at this time of year as such a lovely quiet retreat .

Not very impressed
Good bits - The man at reception was very friendly and helped us to find our room / We didn't use the pool but it looks a decent size / The room did come with basic amenities e.g., a fan and kettle. / They were accomodating and willing to change our check in times which was very helpful.
Bad bits - The towels that were left for us were not particularly clean and had some brown marks on them. / The shower is not practical, the curtain does not keep the water in and the bathroom floor ends up really wet. / The bed sheet did not fit the bed properly and kept coming undone / There were not enough plugs in the bed room, only 1 on the opposite side away from the bed. / The lighting of the bedroom was not very good / the apartment felt unclean compared to other hotels that we stayed at on this island.

Below average, expensive for what you get
The location is good for peace and quiet, and instructions are sent on how to get into the complex when no reception. It is very clean, and no noise on the complex.
You need instructions, or a map to find which apartment is yours as wandering in the dark is no fun.
No fan in rooms, we live in the canaries, and know how hot it gets, so no fan means no sleep
Bed is so uncomfortable, with no headboard, and awful pillows
No kettle which is a pain, yes a small coffee maker, but what about tea drinkers?
Basic is an understatement, and the laminate flooring is badly laid.
