Fantastic
Wow these apartments are fantastic. Very spacious and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and fully equipped with everything you need. Fantastic location and access at additional cost to secure underground private parking. The lady on reception was super helpful and friendly and can highly recommend, we only stayed one night but it was so nice have the extra space as opposed to a hotel room. Don’t hesitate to book!

Excellent location
My experience at Palacio Cabrera Lillo was generally ok, especially for its excellent location, which allows you to easily move around the city and enjoy the main points of interest. I also highlight the attention at reception: the lady who attended us was super friendly, helped us with check-in and also recommended several places, which made our stay much more pleasant.
However, there are some areas for improvement. The rooms have a hot water limit, and being 6 guests we were not all able to shower, which was quite uncomfortable. In addition, the soundproofing is not the best, as you could clearly hear everything that guests talked about in the upstairs room, even in the bathroom.

Super recommended
Everything perfect: extremely clean and stocked with everything.
Christian, the receptionist guy is extremely kind and helpful: he promptly answered our questions with patience and sympathy and always met our needs. Really recommended for those who want to stay in Granada also for the excellent location in the city center: you can move on foot and possibly take taxis or buses because the stops are 200 meters away.

Big disappointment. Two-day stay WITHOUT electricity and the accommodation is not responsible
We spent 2.5 days in the accommodation, of which we were without electricity for 2 days. We arrived at the accommodation and at night the power went out, a very powerful emergency light came on in front of the bed, being very annoying, we finally fell asleep and in the morning there was still no light, bathroom in darkness - we couldn't shower or have breakfast since the toaster or coffee maker did not work. We couldn't charge our phone and we were stuck with photos of the Alhambra, the refrigerator got hot and the yogurt and milk we bought spoiled. At night the power came back on but the next day we woke up without power again, no shower or breakfast again. It is not acceptable to be in an accommodation for 2.5 days and of them 2 days without electricity, we asked for compensation and they told us that we would file a claim with Endesa, I told them that I could not do it since I do not have a contract with Endesa but with them, we requested compensation and they said they were not responsible. Unacceptable treatment of an accommodation that claims to be high class

Lovely apartment in Granada
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for 5 nights. It was very clean and well appointed. The apartment is very well located, allowing us to walk everywhere. We had a lovely time, and the staff were super-helpful. There was a lot of noise from the apartment next door at night, the rooms are not well sound-proofed.
