Not a 4 star but get what you pay for and a decent hotel at the price paid!

The negative reviews aren't really justifiable. Granted this is not a 4 star hotel even though advertised as but they aren't charging 4 star prices so you get what you pay for. Room was clean, fresh bedding and towels every other day, helpful reception staff also. We didnt visit the pool but had a view from our balcony and it was cleaned regularly from what we witnessed so again untrue information in reviews. Hotel is well located for beach, supermarket, few restaurants and shops, a half hour walk from the port but a taxi back is only 5e. All in all a decent hotel for the money spent and we would consider booking here again.

Very bad we had to leave a few days before at first they put us a room with a single bed for three, the fridge with a bucket throwing water, the sofa with stains and very dirty. They changed our room and it is missing doors to the furniture, bad smell, the toilet brush with poop stickers, among other things.
An old aesthetic, with old furniture and smelly mattresses.The law firm bad food, the girl who picks up the cutlery is putting it in a container with very dirty black water, and especially the bad smell and the little cleanliness of the hotel, is not a 4 stars or close.In the end we had to leave a few days before.It is more talking and commenting on the situation with the person at the reception of the hotel understood my complaints giving me the reason that the hotel is sorry.If you want to go to Benalmadena any hotel but this..

The best, the person on the night shift at reception, Antonio, a ten, thank you for your help on the problem we had.

Very bad everything, we asked for a change of room because we were on the top floor with the terrace so small that we could not even sit on it, we only saw the roof and it was like a loft window with the air conditioner in front of the table and giving the heat to the face if you sat there , if you wanted to see the street or the sea in the distance you had to get on a kind of workbench that they had done on the wall , the card of opening the door every day was spoiled , the cleaning was only done three days in the 15 days we were and they put that they did it every other day ; the best of the staff was Antonio of the night shift , I can never thank him for his help in the problem that my partner had on the night we arrived at the apartment , professional one hundred percent, with that I stay of the stay in this hotel that should change many things that the tenants complain about

Old furniture
The plugs half down
Hard and uncomfortable mattress
Views of some buggers that you can't see anything
Very expensive price for what it is
In the two days we've been there, we haven't been cleaned, we haven't changed sheets or towels, we didn't even have pillows to sleep
When we arrived to check, we stayed almost an hour to give us room because they didn't know which room to give us after we had the reservation made
It's not on the beachfront

Hotel cutre

The hotel has 3 stars left over because there are much better pensions.
The cleaning leaves much to be desired, the rooms do not clean them daily and do not change the towels until the toilet paper lacks replenishment...
The low quality and very repeated food, salmon is every day as the only fish whether you like it or not.
Old room furniture, dusty from lack of cleaning and broken curtain falls out when you try to open the balcony door.
I don't recommend it to my worst enemy...
