Just about everything at this hotel was great—the room, the service, and the overall experience. The only exception was the parking lot, which felt less like parking and more like an audition for a stunt-driving job. Once we survived that nightly adventure, everything else was smooth sailing!

We stayed for 5 days and had no complains everything was lovely
The hotel facility is very beautiful, modern and aesthetic. Nice rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were big enough and cleaning service was also very friendly.

An exceptional stay in Barcelona – 10/10!
A truly exceptional hotel — 10/10! Everything looks spectacular, even better than in the photos, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive and always ready to help, making us feel truly special throughout our stay. We deeply appreciated every thoughtful gesture and the genuine care they showed us. They made our time in Barcelona even more memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Zenit Borrell, and we would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Muchas gracias por las cinco estrellas en todas las categorías y por un título tan bonito, "Volveremos sin dudarlo". Nos llena de alegría saber que habéis estado tan a gusto y que el trato recibido por todo el equipo os haya hecho sentir tan especiales durante vuestra estancia.
Para nosotros, el trato humano es lo más importante. El hotel estuvo cerrado alrededor de un año para una reforma integral, con una inversión de unos 7 millones de euros por parte de Zenit Hoteles, y hoy es un espacio totalmente nuevo, modernizado, con alta tecnología y un concepto rejuvenecido. Pero de nada sirven unas instalaciones espectaculares si no hay detrás un equipo que te haga sentir como en casa, y vuestras palabras nos confirman que vamos por el camino correcto.
En vuestra próxima visita a Barcelona, guardaos un rato para disfrutar de El Zielo, nuestra piscina en la quinta planta con vistas sobre la ciudad, o para probar nuestro Restaurante Marés con un menú a 17,90€ de cocina mediterránea de mercado. Os va a encantar.
Os esperamos con los brazos abiertos.

Great location, helpful staff.
I stayed in Zenit Borrell recently for a short trip to Barcelona. I found the staff to be really friendly and accommodating. The hotel, while not right in the centre of Eixample, was very accessible for walking in a lovely area with great cafes close by and a shop across the road.
The room was newly refurbished, very modern and clean.
The terrace was gorgeous to go to in the afternoon and the hotel allowed me use it on checkout day as I had a late flight in the evening which I thought was really great.
My only negative is that my room on the first floor only had an internal window looking straight out to a wall and another window. I couldn’t tell if it was cloudy or sunny or day or night because I couldn’t see the sky. Also there was the sound of water coming from above or next door.
I would recommend the hotel but would definitely ask for a room with external window and on one of the higher floors.
