The location was great, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I thought I lost my keys, but eventually found them.
It was a good value for the lower end of the cost range. By American measures, it is on the fourth floor, and the elevator wasn't working (I don't know for how long).
And they prohibited flushing toilet paper; I guess due to the plumbing. I have seen that before, but not in Spain, so I don't know how common that is.

This was not an elegant place, the breakfast was avoidable, and there was a bit of rust in the shower, but the room was clean and spacious, the manager was pleasant, and overall it worked well for my needs.

Our flight to Barcelona was delayed by one day. We notified both the Hotel and Expedia of the delay. We were not able to use our first night due to the flight cancelation and neither the hotel or Expedia would provide a refund.
The hotel was difficult to find. We were not told that you had to ring a buzzer and that it was on the fourth floor.
The hotel was to provide us with an airport shuttle which they also did not provide. And breakfast was not provided on Sunday.
The location was central and the room was clean.
We stayed in Spain and Portugal for three weeks at different accomodations and all of them were less expensive and much nicer
