To avoid
Our room in addition to being old did not have a window. We felt like we were in a garage.
No effort by the staff to fix the situation or offer compensation as this room had been paid the normal price.
In addition the wifi network did not pass in our box.
The staff is very cold with the exception of the breakfast ladies who are charming.
There is much better in Cuenca for the same price. Pass your way
