Nothing to be proud od

For a group booking confirmed in June 2025, our arrival was almost not expected. I stood in the room while a table was brought in and dusted in my presence! All the basics that are expected were absent . We had to leave the following morning ,despite paying for 9 nights. The experience almost ruined the trip. Thank God we moved to a facility that took its business serious and understood was hospitality really meant .

Poor

Very poor experience. The hotel was in a poor neighbourhood and the overall condition of the property was extremely disappointing. The room was in a bad state, the bed was uncomfortable, there was no wardrobe, no hot water, and shockingly there was no duvet cover or pillowcase cover provided. Cleanliness was also a major issue as the place felt dirty throughout.
I had booked for 9 days but the experience was so poor that I checked out after just one night and moved to the Hilton. Overall, a very unpleasant stay and far below acceptable standards. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

The hotel is under renovation, many constructions going on, and a lot of noise starting at 7:00am early in the morning. The room was simple and clean, Shower very old style inside the restroom! Breakfast very poor, no coffee, no milk, every morning I get my coffee and milk next door. It was very bad experience!

Don't come here!! Travel scam!!

This hotel change his name as ❛Pyramids ahmose view INN❜ at booking.com, I believe this owner will keep the same way to fish the further guests!
He cancelled my room after receiving the rates and didn't give us breakfast or any water even it's included when booking.
The man will keep tracking your route and Push expensive tour packages,
⚠️NOTICE!! there is no View on the rooftop actually, it's full of garbage‼️
⚠️the man will give you another hotel address guide you there via WhatsApp.
⚠️the bathroom is awful without cleaning and full with cockroach bodies.
