Excellent experience

The best food and service ever, truly thankful especially for Abbas and Duha, highly recommend this place

We enjoyed our stay here the reception staff are very friendy specially Ms.Sondos thé room was very clean and thé food so delicious

Amazing experience in Azal hotel

Very good hotel with attentive staff room is so clean and comfortable breakfast is varied and food is delicious service is excellent the pool area is amazing and the reception staff very friendly and helpful also the location is near to the pyramids..highly recommended

Excellent service — the people make the difference

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and we would especially like to recognize Kamal, whose management and leadership truly stand out.
It is clear that Kamal has built and leads an excellent team. The staff are professional, attentive, friendly and genuinely welcoming, and we believe that this reflects very well on his work as a manager. Good management is not only about organization — it is about creating a team that makes guests feel comfortable and well looked after, and Kamal clearly does that exceptionally well.
At the end of the day, the difference is made by people, and the team here is a great example of that.
We would also like to give a special mention to Mohamed, our pool bar waiter, who made our experience even more enjoyable with his excellent service, kindness and attention throughout our stay.
A big thank you to Kamal, Mohamed and the whole team for making our stay such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Amazing

Everything was great and clean , starting from the Reception , Mostafa and sondos was great persons and vero respectful and the vipes was great , housekeepers was excellent everything is totally fine, i will hope to come back again
