My experience at The KMT Collection was excellent. The hotel is stylish and well kept, with beautiful, spotless rooms. T
I stayed one night at The KMT Collection and it was absolutely gorgeous. The hotel has a great vibe, the rooms are very clean, stylish, and comfortable. Big respect to the two young people at the reception — they were amazing, super friendly, and made the stay even better. Everything was smooth and welcoming from start to finish.
Highly recommended.

Place to definitely avoid in Cairo
We arrived and the room was different and didn’t have the balcony. They promised to change it the next day and they did.
Both rooms were very dirty especially the toilet (brown stains everywhere in both rooms).
The staff smokes inside while speaking to you. we didn’t dare to have breakfast there. On the first day we asked for laundry and they said they would take take of it in 24 h. The day after they said in two hours will be ready. We got back in the evening and was still not ready. In a very rude way they said that if I want I can take it wet. the man with the glasses told me that he will be night auditing and to not worry he will give me the laundry when we leave in the morning. No one was there and I had to look everywhere for my laundry, I found it in a storage and a lot of clothes were missing.
The staff is extremely room and they continually make fun of you. The lady as well was super rude and unhelpful. We kept raising her voice saying to repeat and moving her hands in a very aggressive way.
We felt very uncomfortable and thankfully we only stayed there to sleep at night.
Do not come to this place, is just a friendly suggestion.
Place is dirty and the staff is extremely rude.

Misleading photos

Basic breakfast.
Noisy area.
No actual shared space.
Very bad ambience, almost left with the impression of being in an abandoned industrial building..

Cheap option in Cairo
My bunk bed was comfortable and roomy, though I suspect the room gets crowded when all the beds are taken. The bunk has a personal plug, light and a shelf. Bathroom was clean with good showers.
I left early, so didn't try the breakfast. The hotel owner was my taxi driver to the airport, very easy.
I wish there was an indoor lounge with no smoking allowed. FYI there is no outdoor space, which would be a pain for a longer visit.
Front desk staff seems hit or miss.
