Excellent.

Great structure. Clean as hell. The staff was efficient and friendly. Hearty and rich breakfast, served outside on a terrace or inside in a lounge.
Being in the center everything you need is at hand.
It can be noisy, if you leave the windows open (there are also mosquito nets!).
We stayed 5 days and the value for money is great.
Highly recommended.

Disappointing and dishonest, avoid like fire

The arrogant concierge scammed us forcing for a 5% extra fee on card payment, big shame on them. I raised this to the attention of Booking.com but I want to warn future travelers. The rooms are noisy on a trafficated street.

Good Hotel

Nice hotel, good location if you want to be near attractions, museum etc. Plenty of shops and food outlets around the hotel including a grill restaurant downstairs. Hotel staff very friendly, big rooms, it has a lovely terrace with parasols which make it comfortable. Breakfast was nice and plentiful, it was the same daily however it was fine, you can ask for eggs boiled, fried or an omelette, so mix it up if you want. To point out, this is located downtown, so the area is very noisy, nothing the hotel can do about it, so bear this in mind if you are very sensitive about noise. On checkout they stored our bags for a couple of hours until we left. Overall it's a good hotel.

Okay and clean in a central location

I stayed there for two nights only. People and staff really helpful and friendly. The taxi driver had problems to find it so we went three times around the city center. Rooms not luxurious but clean. Relatively quiet (401) and nice breakfast in their rooftop (very windy) terrace. It’s a good option when arriving late and the Hilton Pyramids is far(look at my other review). Pollution in the city is terrible(not the hotel’s fault) I would certainly return.

European style hotel for reasonable money

Location is perfect. In heart of downtown. Close to metro etc.
We took triple room with 3 medium sized beds for our 4p. family. They didn't make problems. For me and wife a little to small but with kid configuration it was ok;) Paid 60 usd per night. There is free breakfast, hot water, medium sized water heater, good pressure of water, big bathroom, clean. Windows are on the street so it is really noisy because this is downtown. Windows are really thin so if you have light sleep wear earplugs ;)
Bonus! Downstairs there is a very good shawarma bar/restaurant. Don't know the name because it's in Arabic;) For take away and to seat at the table. Always line outside and to inside but shawarma very very good and the price is also nice
