Happy Staff, Happy Customers

Great motel accommodation. I have dietary requirements and the head chef went out of his way to make me some beautiful food. The staff here are always cheery and helpful- you feel wanted rather than an inconvenience like other hotels. Rooms are perfect- the heating is amazing. No complaints. I am here on business but I would not hesitate to stay here for pleasure with my family. Great guys that work hard to please everybody

Stayed during covid

Nice hotel with exceptional staff and service. You are treated as family from when you arrive till the day you leave. Excellent food and the staff bend over backwards to accommodate what we needed. An exceptional stay made better by the warmth of the entire team. Highly recommended. Nice rooms with Air Con and services daily. Highly recommended

staff work tirelessly and owner is very customer orientated

The staff here are superb, the hotel is a short walk from the ferry terminal and the location is perfect if you are working in the port. Food is outstanding and, for the area, very good value. Rooms are comfortable and are being upgraded to have A/C and a fridge in each room.

Told us to never come again. No worries, wouldn’t if you paid us.

Made booking through booking.com. We sent a message to this hotel, that we would be coming with two dogs. Checked in, the clerk saw the dogs. Checking out the next day we were told off in a very unpolite and harsh way that we should have checked in the dogs aswell. ”Told off” as in basically given an angry lecture, with no respect as guests. Pointed out, that we had let them know forehand and we had been seen with dogs in the hotel. Finally we were told to never come again and to f*off.
Oh, and the room run out of air and is either dusty or moldy. What an awful experience, to be avoided!

Basic but sufficient, convenient location by the ferry

Return customer. The place indicates some deterioration compared to last time (malfunctioning shower tubing and malfunctioning table top fan), but there is still value for money considering the location by the ferry. Small but clean room. The restaurant serves decent food.
