Lack of service setting and knowledge, poor overall experience.

Disappointing. Just young people at work, who had no idea of anything. Should have dinner one night - Tomt for pizzabunner, tomt for ketchup, tomt for water, tomt for beer, tomt for ice cream. No knowledge of allergies, I ended up with potatoes for dinner. This evening there was also the tacobuffet - it consisted of dry lefsies, cold meat dough and a bowl of pasta standing on a plate. Asked when the deliveries came, they didn't know. The entertainment was poor, a pre-advertised children’s club that was nonexistent, a miserable “singer” for Saturday night entertainment. Cold water in the shower two of three nights. The water slide at the outdoor pool only occasionally had water, suddenly it was gone. Asked if there was any reason for it, they didn't know. One night the outdoor pool was suddenly closed, without any warning. Must say that to be a 4 star camping, in the high season, then it was a miserable experience!

Det eneste jeg ikke havde taget højde for var at der ikke var toilet i fisker hytten, og at der var gasblus. Men det er jo min egen skyld. Jeg synes det var meget pæne hytter og service huset lå heldigvis tæt på.
Jeg kunne godt finde på at komme igen, og at der var swimmingpool var også et hit😊

Vores dobbelt seng virkede godt slidt. Hemsen var ikke særlig indbydende og der manglede lys deroppe. Udenfor på vores terrasse virkede lyset heller ikke. Men dejligt at der var køleskab. Skønt område med fred og ro.

Luksus hytten trænger meget til en update. Brusehovedet kunne ikke holdes oppe på stangen. En defekt lampe i værelse. To vinduer kunne ikke lukkes igen. En dør gik imod køjeseng ved lukning. Fletstole ude var ved at “flette ud”. Meget dårlige hovedpuder!! Madkrummer i fryser og i skuffer. MEN ellers en rigtig dejlig campingsplads.
