Good suggestion

Very nice hotel at a good price. Helpful and clean rooms. Was surprised at how nice the room was, at this price. The pub associated with the hotel had good beer and nice service. The reception was simple and helpful. Recommended for a couple nights. The downside is that you have to drive around looking for parking.

Unsanitary room and complete lack of accountability

I booked five nights at this hotel (December 11–16) and paid 7.065,00 DKK, but left after one night because the room was in a condition that should never be offered to paying guests.
From the moment I entered the room, it was obvious that basic housekeeping had not been done:
Only one curtain was installed in front of the window, leaving the room fully exposed with no privacy.
The pillowcase was incorrectly fitted.
Food crumbs were left inside a drawer, clear evidence the room had not been cleaned.
The bathroom was visibly dirty.
The shower head was loose and covered in brown spots consistent with mold, which is completely unacceptable in any accommodation, let alone a hotel.
These are not cosmetic issues. They are fundamental hygiene and maintenance failures that make the room unsanitary and unfit for guests.
I documented everything with photos and contacted the hotel immediately, requesting a refund for the unused nights. I also escalated the issue through Hotels.com, who attempted to resolve the matter on my behalf. The hotel never responded — not once.
The most disturbing part of this experience is not just the condition of the room, but the hotel’s total refusal to engage or take responsibility. Ignoring guests after providing accommodation in this state shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.
If you are considering staying here, be aware that if anything goes wrong, you may be left with no support, no response, and no resolution. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Very old and not well maintenaned room. No air condition, floors are crooked and moving under you during walking, not a single shelf in the toilet to put stuff on, shower head is almost completely clogged. Because of already mentioned lack of air conditioning - windows absolute must stay open all the time, which brings bugs in. Overall - would only recommend, if you absolutely need to stay in Amager. Otherwise, you can find a lot better hotel for same price.

Very basic accommodations, room was neat and tidy. Close Uber ride to city center. Hotel was a bit noisy at night. Walls were thin so you could hear others talking and moving around. Not good for light sleepers like myself. Not able to get into the hotel late at night.

CANCELLED CONFIRMED EXPEDIA RESERVATION

This hotel cancelled my Expedia confirmed reservation on the day I was due to arrive. They sent me a message through Expedia after 1600 that they needed to confirm my arrival &PAYMENT. Since I was on a plane I couldn’t respond. No room was available when I arrived at approximately 2200. They were concerned about a no-show and no $$. If they don’t like Expedia terms, get off the platform & stop cheating travelers! (Ironically I would have pre-paid if they didn’t contact me the last minute.)
