This hotel is located on the best stretch of Varadero Beach (the main tourist area in the country), in the north-east of Cuba. The resort is only about 25 from Juan Gualberto Gómez International Airport and about two hours from the capital of La Habana (Havana). Guests will reach the town centre in approximately 200 m and the harbour in some 12 km.The hotel is the perfect holiday destination for families and couples, as well as for diving addicts and water sports lovers in general, and comprises a total of 525 rooms, including 328 standard rooms, 120 bungalows, 73 bungalow suites, and four suites. Facilities on offer include a games room, a play area where younger guests may let off steam, and parking.All rooms are air-conditioned and come with a complete en suite bathroom with hairdryer, satellite/ cable TV, a telephone, a minibar, a safe, and an iron and ironing board. Some rooms are disability-friendly, and on request it is possible to obtain cots and extra beds. Every accommodation unit enjoys either a balcony or terrace with views of the sea, pool, or gardens.In the hotel grounds there are two swimming pools with a separate children's pool. Further leisure options include hot tubs, two tennis courts, and a sauna. Sports enthusiasts may also enjoy a work-out in the gym.It is possible to book an all-inclusive stay.

Hotel to discover

Having been 2 times in December and January I like the apartments outside the hotel not comparable it is quieter and newer, no problem I had every day water and beers and in the apartment I had Pepsi cleaner a lot of food, great and I could go to the nearby hotel Blancas arenas with my bracelet a plus go to the Village on foot it is another place I will go back!!

The worst hotel of all!! Don't go…it's money thrown away.

Horrible, the worst of my life, there were 8 of us, I worked very hard to be able to spend a week at this hotel, of course we didn't imagine such a horrible experience, everything dirty, terrible quality of everything!!!!!! I absolutely do not recommend it to ANYONE!!!!!! Mosquitoes, dirty, cockroaches, mold, bad smell….anyway… throwing money away…which nobody gives you for free, it should be closed.

Nightmare

This hotel is maximum 1-2stat. The rooms are dirty, the towels are dirty, the food is horrible. We had already 3 different rooms all are broken and dirty, the balcony doors are not closing so in the nights we have 16degrees in the rooms,no heating system. The water in the shower when you are lucky is warm, if not it’s cold. All inclusive hotel and you don’t get water1 bottle for 2persons on every second day…. And the guest relations just putting up her hand that she can do nothing. We wanted to leave the hotel to change for another they wanted us to pay our hole time here than go… I ask everyone to Don’t come here if the want a nice holiday!

Do not waste your money, it is not worth it.

Bad service, there is no air conditioning, the rooms are dirty, the food is disgusting; there are products, what there is not is the desire to work and do things well.
Dirty pool, and the only place where there is decent service is at the lobby bar.
Do not waste your money.

No water or electricity

Right now I am in room 1304 without water and with such heat that I have to sleep on the balcony because there is no air conditioning.
