This place is having everything you need for a perfect stay: amazing personelle, comfortable and clean rooms, perfect location.
Absolutely excellent. Such a warm welcome, fabulous service....

Convenient Location in Split

We stayed in the self contained room that is advertised as Porta Adriatica in central Split. It is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower/toilet, with good air conditioning. It was very clean and tidy and within walking distance of all the restaurants and places of interest in this lovely old City. Buses and tour companies for excursions further afield are a short walking distance away. The owner is friendly and helpful and makes herself available via phone for help/recommendations. There is an arrangement with the nearest restaurants for a 10% discount off your bill, they serve food all day which is varied and good. The owner also provides free cycle hire by arrangement. I recommend this accommodation for travellers who want to get out and explore the many local attractions.
Don’t be confused this accommodation is advertised as a hotel on some travel websites, simply put it is not.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Es ist kein Hotel sondern ein sehr kleines Zimmer in einer kleinen Gasse .
• Keine Küche
• Kein Frühstück
• Kein kleiderschrank
• Unbenutzte Kabel an der Wand
• Bad sehr klein
• Keine Ablagen im Bad
• Kleine Gasse riecht es nach Urin
• Kaum Tageslicht

Tres bien placé en centre ville.

C'est un appartement bien situé en centre ville, pres de tout, le port des ferry ,et Diocletian' Palace , plage de Bacvice.. cet appartement est parfait pour 3 personnes (ou une famille avec 2 petits enfants ), mais il me semble que 4 serait un peu juste mais possible, car il est composé d'une chambre avec un grand lit et dans la piece à vivre , vous avez un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes, une table à manger et coin cuisine tres bien équipé .A Coté ,la salle de bain avec douche et toilette.
Je tiens à signaler , que vous n'avez pas de fenetres , cela peut surprendre certains mais on s'y fait,dans la mesure ou quand vous etes en vacances , vous passez plus du temps dehors que dans l'appartement,cela n'est pas dutout génant.
La proprietaire est à votre disposition pour toute demande et il y a un service room une fois par semaine.Vous beneficiez de 10 % de reduction pour prendre le petit dejeuner dans le restaurant au bout de la rue.
Dans l'ensemble malgres quelques petits defauts , je vous conseille quand meme cet appartement, pour son placement.
