Everything about this hotel was fantastic and much more than we were expecting.
The room was newly decorated, clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast room, although small, was adequate and breakfast was good. One staff member gave fantastic advice on where to find a beach and which bus to use to get there - he even warned me about all of the steps!
A real find of a hotel before we went on a cruise.

Very nice room and friendly staff.
Ideal place to stay if you’re going on a cruise and walking distance to restaurants and a big supermarket.
The breakfast was ok but the breakfast room is way too small it was claustrophobic with so many people trying to get in and queuing!
Overall all though a nice place to stay😀

Appears to be newly renovated. New and clean. Comfortable bed, good a/c and was pretty wonderful full breakfast buffet. My room 408 had a large private balcony that looked down the street and a half view of the waterfront. But it was quiet there. You can was to the bus station and the ferry dock is right across the street. I recommend the direct ferry to Budva or visa versa. Also will hold your luggage for you if you early or leaving town late. I wish they had mini fridges. Because I carry a medication that needs refrigeration. The main desk man put it in the fridge behind the desk for me. Really helpful and kind front desk folks.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff helped me with directions to a nearby beach and were very nice. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. This B&B is a great place to stay in Dubrovnik if you are leaving early mornings on a ferry or bus as it is right across the street.

The property and the room were average to above average. The problem was there were bedbugs or other biting insects in the bed. I did report this to the staff as I was leaving.
