The hotel was very well maintained. The staff were very friendly the breakfast and the restaurant were excellent. We would definitely stay there again

They never made the room I was there 2 days.
The restaurant service was very poor, dinner, vegetables burnt black no dressing for the salad after asking, took more then 2:30!after ordering…
Next night we could not get into the restaurant we would of hade to reserve…
I’ll never go back to this hotel

Good, comfort

The rooms are damp, so they are an enemy to electronics. Spacious and comfortable room. My room does not have a bath, just a nice large shower. Restaurant on-site, otherwise it is a one-hour walk to get to fast food.

Quality Hotel: Quality Visit

Stayed overnight at the Clarenville Quality Hotel during our Newfoundland trip. Front desk accommodated our late-night arrival and processed us quickly. Served breakfast in the morning was made-to-order. Room was spacious, renovated and in good clean order overall. A touch on the pricey side for what we paid at time of booking for this tier of property, but notably fewer options in the area. Tripadvisor review average is reflective of what we experienced. Pros:
+ reception friendly and welcoming
+ clean, spacious room
+ hot breakfast made-to-order
Cons:
- specific rate paid was pricier for this tier of property
- seated/plated breakfast may not be sufficient for some guests

Excellent peaceful stay

Excellent stay at the Quality Hotel Clarenville. We stayed one night and enjoyed everything at this hotel. The room was comfortable, very clean, the bed comfortable plus a modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Clarenville in a nicely treed area, near the TCH. We booked a table for supper in the dining room and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. Next morning, we were served a complimentary freshly prepared breakfast. All in all we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Quality Hotel Clarenville.
