My only complaint about this property is that the bathroom needs better lighting. One light for the entire bathroom is too dark.

The public areas of the hotel are fantastic. The lobby, pool area, etc are very clean and well maintained.
Our bedroom however was less impressive. While the room was overall clean, we walked in to our toilet flooding the bathroom floor. There were various parts of the room that were broken including the phone, the seal in the refrigerator and the hairdryer mount.
The area was quiet enough and the beds were fine, so overall it was acceptable.

We had a good stay overall! It was clean and staff were very helpful! The room was showing some wear and tear (scratches in the furniture, broken tile in the bathroom and a toilet that ran if you didn’t jiggle the handle). Location was great with easy access to Old Quebec, the Aquarium and Ile d’Orleans. We would stay there again!

The room was okay. It had a funky smell to it but it wasn’t overwhelming so we didn’t ask to change rooms. They did not use fitted sheets on the bed. The flat sheet they used was not big enough to even do hospital corners so we’d wake up sleeping directly on the mattress! The room had 2 double beds and one bed had a king comforter on it so when untucked it was on the floor. We will not be staying there again.

the only thing, we had the room in the 1 floor and the room was really really humid the sheets were wet because of that ever the AC wasn't able to fonction. For sure if we go back we won't take a room in the 1st floor but other than that th pool was great.
