Loved the week end

Room was great and clean. Loved the swimming pool and the view was breathtaking !

Needs better maintenance quality control

On arrival, because of the queue at checkin we used the lobby upholstered chairs. It was difficult to find one that was useable. They are all dirty and stained and should be cleaned asap. Our bathroom shower wall had missing tiles and where there use to be a towel rack and the grouting was dirty and moldy. There was mildew on the ceiling above the bed where a previous leak came from above. The ceiling had been visibly repaired several times before, but the quality of the repair was very poor and obviously done by an unqualified person. It is actually quite ugly. The left night table was broken with the fascia badly screwed and falling apart. The bathroom sink is cracked and has no stopper. Not standard expected from this class of a hotel and in a junior suite rate.

Dining Experience

We loved our food and the experience at the beginning at Le Ciel Bistro. However our server Staffan made it one of the worst dining experiences as he was not happy with the tip. He barely checked on us in the mid way to the course as he got a large group to serve. Once we were done we asked for the bill and he waited there looking at the screen till we add the tip. Once we did a custom tip to show our gratitude he was not happy with that. He basically threw the recipet at us and left. We wanted to have a noce experience in Quebec but this wasn’t what we were expecting at all. Very disappointed.

Stunning view and warm, friendly service

What a wonderful stay at Hôtel Le Concorde Québec! Check in was fast and smooth, and the young lady at the front desk was so friendly. She appreciated my very basic French and was more than happy to speak her excellent English with us, which made our arrival feel warm and welcoming.
Our room on the 25th floor had the most spectacular view. The moment we opened the door we were greeted by the stunning sight of Château Frontenac and the St. Lawrence River. We spent so much time just staring out the window in awe.
I highly recommend this hotel for the views, the lovely staff.

The cleaning of the room wasn’t really up to our standards!! Walls were dirty, shower not clean correctly and all light switch were dirty
They accept animals, but we called before driving 3h to make sure we can go with him, but also go dinner without having then with us. Once we get there the rules was if we let the dog in the room they keeping 400$ safety deposit automatically. So we had to cancel all our plan and drive back hoem
