Wonderful staff and location

This motel is very funky yet fun and eclectic in their offerings. Rooms are very comfortable with good linens. Yes, this is a budget motel that won’t have the luxury amenities, but what it does have is a very veteran staff who work tirelessly to make sure that your stay is a good one. I’ve seen them work double time to accommodate requests and they are extremely responsive. The location is very local to attractions but is also removed enough from cruise ships and crowds. Another plus is the attached pub open on certain nights.

Room was clean. Staff fine. Cleaning lady lovely. Room was too hot. Needs air conditioning especially as we were on the top floor. Central location. Pillows terrible.

The only positive thing about the room was that the bed was super comfortable. The handle of the bathroom door was broken which I mentioned and I asked to be fixed but it was not! Terrible stain in the sink and the furniture were old… new update needed!

The desk clerk could have been more friendly at check in.
Our bathroom sink taps were leaking and maintenance fixed them at 10:00. I thought was good.
The beds were comfortable and the rooms were hot. There was a large fan in the room which helped. I’d stay again.
The room was clean.

The gentleman at the front desk had us checked in quickly as we arrived at 1:00 am from the Northern Expidition Ferry, we were very appreciative! Rooms are older but the beds are clean and comfortable. Parking is ample, no issues.
