Bucket list checked and happy

It was very nice all the staff were cheerful and accommodating. The complementary addition of the one down at the lake was also so nice went for breakfast the sweetest waitress Kaylee a blonde girl was so fun and efficient. We also used there lovely pool. Would recommend them as. Pleasant experience all around. Thankyou Nelson for a great visit

The conditions of the room were mediocre. Not sure who installed the makeup mirror but a woman would have to be at least 6'6" to use it. Value was not there.

In room 307, the toilet made a lot of noise when flushed
The hotel was full and no one available to fix it on September 7th
We stayed in the room and were offered complimentary breakfast, that is fair

Only hotel I stayed at that gives you ear plugs to block out the train horn that rolls through twice a day right behind the hotel.

Staff was lovely and helpful - they let us know we could use the pool at the other property *quick walk away*
Ear plugs in the rooms - there can be train noise but the AC drowns it out. Thank goodness for AC - a lifesaver!!
Bathroom was spacious and we liked the shower.
