Clean, quiet, convenient to 401. Overnight stay. Great location to neighboring towns and Kelso Conservation area. Recommend.

For the price, I would have expected better from a well-known hotel chain. Sticky carpet, dusty corners, fridge not very cold, wifi requires you to login again and again. At least the bed was comfortable and we didn't hear the highway at all. Staff was nice but the person at check in was alone resulting in some waiting.

Booked a room for a same day stay,
I’ll start with the good, staff at check in was helpful and the tv and apps availability in the room was great, that’s where the good ends.
Only after booking a non refundable rate did we get an email saying the elevator was broken. Going up and down 3 flights of stairs even for 1 night got annoying fast.
1 staff at the front desk running around like crazy bringing peoples backs up the stairs for them.
Checked in at 5, Room had no towels, called down and was told they were in the dryer. Didn’t get towels until after 9pm.
Pool was freezing cold. Un swimmable for my half of us.
Sink was clogged and no klenex, just an empty box.
A/C didn’t work all night, turned on for about 30 seconds and went off, repeated this cycle every 5 mins until we finally turned it off.
When I brought these concerns to the staff in the morning was just told there was nothing they could do about the cost of the room other then buy breakfast.

TV didn’t work, main lamp and attached outlets didn’t work and there was a random extension cord by the bed as an outlet. It wasn’t terrible, but not the best.

Definitely not worth coming here and certainly not for the price. Best Western used to be a good chain but unfortunately not anymore, or at least this one isn't.
The sheets had stains, hallway stunk and elevators not functioning. The room, paint and everything looked dated and paint work looked DIY job, maybe something you'd expect on motel 6 or motel 8. The bed and comfortors weren't as comfy as they used to be.
