Hotel ok pra uma noite em Kamloops. Localização boa. Café da manhã Ok. Não houve possibilidade de antecipar check-in.

Bela estadia
Ótimo hotel para ficar em Kamloops, especialmente durante a pandemia. Parab upfront nos ajudou muito ele é muito cortês e tem habilidades incríveis de atendimento ao cliente, eu trabalho para um banco e sei como é difícil fornecer a melhor satisfação do cliente, o hotel e o cara nos impressionaram todos os meus filhos ficaram muito felizes, virão de volta com certeza. O café da manhã não é muito, mas eles farão mais conforme as restrições forem ultrapassadas, o resto foi perfeito.

Ótima estadia!
Motel recentemente renovado (ou talvez seja novo?), O Kamloops Quality Inn foi excelente. As áreas comuns e o nosso quarto eram muito limpos, o pessoal foi amigável e a taxa foi muito boa. Recomendo este motel - já reservamos a nossa estadia para o nosso regresso a casa.

Tão decepcionante
metade da energia no quarto não funciona, sem elevador, as camas são extremamente desconfortáveis, MANCHAS e sujeira nas paredes perto do chão e dos lençóis, eles anunciam uma seleção de opções de café da manhã agradáveis, mas nos deram um BAR MAÇÃ e GRANOLA, Quando reclamamos, eles disseram que poderíamos cancelar nossa 2 ª noite por uma taxa de cancelamento antecipado de $ 111, SEM qualidade, esse cara da recepção nem tentaria consertar o problema.

Firstly, thank you for responding on your last stay with us. We regret the property being constructed without the elevator, but we only have one floor upstairs which is easy accessible and have staff to help with the luggage. We apologise for the housekeeping mishap but did you inform front desk about it sir? We could have taken quick action on that as per our commitment to clean policy with choice hotels or could have changed you room at the same moment.
About the breakfast, We have kept big signs at the front desk of "GRAB & GO" just 2 centimetre away from the photo you uploaded of front. We also have them at break fast room`s door in the hallway you pass by, besides all that the front desk always inform about the breakfast at the time of check-in.
Considering the situation, the front desk also offered if we can buy you breakfast from Tim Horton or from other restaurant but you denied, despite requesting several time in the morning.
For any hotels in B.C the cancellation policy is 24 Hours. We cannot cancel room if anyone has pass the time, it has to get charged upon mandatory cancellation fees.
We value and respect our customer so much and their satisfaction is what concerns us deeply.

Tivemos uma experiência excelente.
Temos um serviço muito bom, os funcionários do hotel são simpáticos, amigáveis para as crianças e muito limpos.
Há uma pequena piscina, banheira de hidromassagem,
máquina de lavar e secar roupa.
É um hotel não fumador. Localizada numa zona boa.
O banheiro é pequeno.
Tivemos uma experiência excelente.
