Best location of you arrive by bus

The location is ideal for us, as we arrived and departed from the bus station. It's also just one metro stop from the main attractions. The only downside was that the last stretch with our luggage was uneven.
The rooms are fine. It's missing a safe, which we thought it had. We weren't expecting a balcony. Great!
Cleanliness and noise levels are acceptable. We didn't opt ​​for breakfast, so we can't rate it. The staff is attentive.

For the cost of a room it is absolutely superb!
Incredibly helpful and friendly staff
A private balcony to enjoy a coffee and a view of snow capped mountains in the distance is amazing too

All right.

Large and spacious room with terrace. For the price and the location next to the bus and train station a 10. Attentive and friendly staff.

No frills

Definitely a no frills hotel. Couple of minutes walk to Lavov Must metro station and then one stop to the centre.
Hotel itself located in what feels like a run down area but always felt safe there. Just round the corner there is a lovely traditional Bulgarian restaurant.
Lady on reception appeared to not know what room I had booked & asked did I want a double. Travelling with my grown up son so said no & also said had booked a twin. On website depicted as two large beds however we had two small beds. Good sized bathroom though small shower cubicle but good shower so all was well. Fridge in room must have been set too high as my water was frozen the next morning. Despite small beds and room on road side we both slept well (or maybe that the good Bulgarian lager we drank lol).
Summarising up it was ok but would not return to that particular hotel. Would look at someone more in the centre.
