Excellent hotel

great location, very nice rooms and excellent restaurant! will visit again for sure! friendly and supportive staff!
we have visited this hotel for transit only and we were impressed by the value for money offered.

Clean, friendly and relaxing !

We can here on a family holiday and at first we were welcomed to the hotel with a welcoming reception. The lift up to the rooms is tiny and only fits three people + luggage. When we got to our room they are lovely and spacious however the rooms are coloured brown which makes the atmosphere seem dirty although they are actually fairly clean. The breakfast is amazing for a hotel breakfast, very traditional Bulgarian and a wide selection of choice including freshly squeezed juices! The pool and spa is also very nice: the pool is a lovely temperature and spacious. There is a steam room and sauna which are also very clean and relaxing. The hotel restaurant is also pretty good. The food is of good quality however we were served uncooked chicken and they got confused of the order but after that the food was very good. The hotel is in 20 minute walking distance from the town of Sandanski through a very nice public park.

Horrible!

Stained bed sheets, bad odour in the room, dust and filth all over the place, dead bugs on the window sill, rust in the bathroom, food crumbs and hair in the fridge. Need to say more? HORRIBLE experience for such a high scored hotel.
Not enough parking space for the size of the hotel.
Breakfast was average, but OK, with a variety of choices.

Good place for one night

Hotel is out of town, you need either car or taxi to get there. Room was big, descent size bed, but bathroom is small. Very small reception, but very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast selection was not too great, no fresh fruits and always queue to coffee machine. Parking is little small, it was almost full in the night, managed to find only small space. Spa area is not big, swimming pool was warm and reasonable size. Sauna and steam bath were great, but jacuzzi was very dirty. Hotel is little pricey for its location and out of season

Good price for tranzit

Nice room with big bed and flat tv, ac and poor wi fi. Big bathroom that smelled a little. Rooms are very close to each other so you can easily hear the "neighbors". Swedish Breakfast kind of poor in food and quality.
