Good travel

The best travel very good

I was my first visit to Isfahan and this culture, and it's staff made it a special experience. I arrived late @ 2 am night manager on duty greeted me with a very warm welcoming.

Terrible staff and rooms, okay pool

We were 10 people, booked an apartment with 6 places and another room with 4 places. They were completely unprepared, in the 6 people room there were 5 beds and in the 4 people room were 2 beds and an extremely uncomfortable, crooked, squeaky pull out couch. In the "kitchen" there was nothing working. Only an electric kettle and a couple of glasses, less than the number of people staying there. No cutlery, no plates, it had a stove and oven but not a single pan in sight. The bathroom was extremely tiny and in bad shape, clearly in need of updating. In the 6 people "apartment" there were 2 rooms, which were actually one real bedroom and a bedroom / kitchen / living area, even though it was advertised as 2 seperate bedrooms and a living area with a pull out couch. The pillows were incredibly tough. The 2 people beds were actually 2 singles pushed together. The breakfast was not a buffet as advertised, instead they would prepare a plate for each person. It was exactly the same thing every day. Half a cucumber, half a tomato, 4 cheese pieces, 4 ham or salami pieces, 2 small butter containters and 2 small jam or honey. Sometimes they would forget things off the plates and they were extremely slow to bring them out. You could not eat or drink anything from outside the hotel by the pool, even though we were staying there and there were little to no people at the hotel the whole time we were there. The only positive thing is that they let us jump in the pool, but I think it was partly because it was empty.
Overall they were slow, unfriendly, we felt lied to and they were trying to justify why there weren't enough places for 10 people to sleep in the rooms by saying the photos were old (the pull out couches were brought in later at our complaint and they didn't initially bring us bedsheets and pillows, or enough towels for all of us there, don't even get me started on the claim that there was a hairdryer in every room).

Really nice escape for the weekend!

We visited the hotel this weekend with my family on all-inclusive basis. The room was spacious and very comfortable, the staff was friendly and the food was very tasty - every day there were traditional homemade meals. I would recommend it!

Really recomend!!!

Right now I'm here in Cantinela Complex. At a price around 500 EUR per week, I got excellent accommodation with very friendly staff. The room is large and clean. Food and drinks are absolutely fine for this money. Pool is clean with lots of sun loungers. I can only recomend this hotel!! Lady of the UK in a previous review should realize, that she hasn't paid for five-star hotel.

Not good for british people

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at cantilena complex. On arrival we were shown to our room by the manager who seemed very friendly and told we could make payment the following day as it was very late. The room was lovely....2 big bedrooms and a large kitchen/dining/lounge with balcony . There was air con in each room which was great.
Unfortunately that's the only positives I can say about this hotel. We were holidaying with another family on an all inclusive basis. My daughter is vegetarian but I was assured that she would be catered for when I returned to reception to make payment.....anything she wants just ask I was told.
Breakfast was not to my or my children's liking so we didn't bother after the first 2 days. My husband went most days and just stuck with cold egg on toast.
Lunch and dinner always consisted of pork and chicken cooked in various ways but always with flies on the food and always cold. This would be accompanied by chips that were often like cardboard and again cold with flies all over the food. The hotel provided my daughter with margarita pizza several times but she didn't want to live on that for lunch and dinner for 14 days! When we asked for baked potato we were told point blank NO and when I asked for pasta with bolognese sauce I was told if she didn't want the one with meat she would just have to put ketchup on plain pasta.
I was going to buy food from the supermarket and cook for her myself as we had a oven and hob in the room. But the oven and hob didn't work and there was nothing apart from 4 glasses in the room! Not a plate, knife,mug,kettle or even a spoon let alone a baking tray.
All inclusive drinks were limited to around 6 types of alcohol which tasted awful and soft drinks were cheap coke,orange then tonic water or juice.
We tried to make the most of our holiday but this was made difficult as we spent what little money we had trying to keep our kids fed. Also the staff didn't acknowledge us when they walked by us.We and the other family were the only british people there the whole 2 weeks and were made to feel unwelcome.
I could go on but in short I wouldn't recommend
