Good

The room is small, no fridge, no balcony, no clothes drier.
Very clean, good SPA, enough space in the relax zone, but the pool was not hot, the sauna was only 50 degrees. The steam room was great. The breakfast and the staff are excelent. The food in the restaurant was decent, we will not eat there again except the breakfast. The price is a bit expensive for what it offers. All the rest ia great.

Such a lovely place ♥

We've spent a few unforgettable nights there. The rooms were quiet and warm, the food was delicious, and we had a great time at the SPA. Kids just loved it! Thank you for everything, we'll be glad to visit again!

3 night stay, reasonably good but still lots to improve

Relatively new hotel and our room was ok if a little small, no balcony but quite a good bathroom. Others in our group had bigger rooms and balconies but I didn't see those rooms. Some rooms had very flimsy and sometimes damaged lamps and fittings but ours was ok. The evening food was reasonable and sufficient but breakfast was a little limited. The breakfast staff (older generation) spoke no English but the afternoon and evening staff were younger and were fluent - making life much easier. Very soft mattresses.
We used the spa facilities downstairs once but were told we should have booked it and it would have been extra, although we were let off for this mistake.

Wunderschön

Great, very clean, good Kitchen. Very good staff making everything to make you satisfied. I recommend it. Rooms are a Little smaller than expected but with everything needed. Very quiet and lovely Place to be . Trigrad!!!

Perfect little hotel

We had the room with balcony on the first floor. Large room with lounge, fridge and kettle. Very comfy bed, good bathroom.
Super clean. Restaurant served great food and the house 'box' wine was a winner at 2lv a glass! Breakfast was good.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel. Great position for hikes.
