I felt like home!
This is one of the cosiest places I have ever been! Its is a warm hearted house where you can feel comfortable and free to ask everything, the owner Mathias is a super friendly and care taking guy, who is a awesome vegetarian chef together with his girlfriend! They prepared delicious home made jam for the breakfast, it was a poem!
Rooms and beds are great, perfect chillout area to relax, open kitchen where you can feel free to cook and store some food.
He knows pretty well about the area and gives you perfect advice, help and further ideas where to go, what is definitely worth it to do and what better not. And one should take his advice for serious if he warns about the sea and tides.
Thank you for building this places! And good luck with planing the kayaking tours!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
The service from the reception staff was great! although they didn't do anything to solve my problem, but I understand that it wasn't their fault, besides, they were very helpful in giving me tips about the city and everything.
I've been staying in a hostel for 10 years, I've never stayed in a hostel as terrible as this one! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! ROOM SMELLS MOLD! ALL MIST! THE WHOLE HOSTEL STINKS HUMIDITY! I asked the receptionist to change rooms, they offered me another room with twice the number of people, which also stank. later I spoke to the owner, and unbelievably he came to question me about a wet towel that was in the room, as if that gave humidity to the entire hostel, the height of absurdity! detail that there was no place to hang the towel without it being in the rain! I felt sick during the night, suffocated by the smell, and ended the trip having to buy medicine. I reported that I was allergic, that he should present some solution!, in the end the only thing he replied was: I UNDERSTAND. He didn't give me any discount! anything! In fact, those conditions shouldn't be rented to anyone! not even offer it for free!! I'm not boring! I can get by anywhere, I've rented places where I had to sleep on a balcony, but nothing has ever been as terrible as this hostel! Not to mention the bathroom was blocked! to do number 2, you had to go to another bathroom upstairs, in another room! because I couldn't use the downstairs bathroom, because if I used it I wouldn't go down! very embarrassing!

Space, hospitality and great value in Trindade.
Spacious house, with simple but functional dependencies. Free access to the kitchen and other areas of the house. Friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor areas for breakfast and barbecue, with shower for arrival at the beach. Great value for money and proximity to the main street.

Neglect with the customer.
I had a bad experience with the hostel. I received a recommendation to stay at the place and decided to make the reservation, I spoke to Rafael and he supposedly made my reservation charging 50% in advance. When I arrived at the location I was informed that Rafael no longer worked at the company, I soon discovered that I had received a scam. The company abstained from any responsibility, the attendant who was there at the time handled everything with the greatest naturalness in the world, even though she saw that I was extremely nervous about the situation, she didn't even offer a drink of water. The owner, in turn, said that it was my fault for having received a scam, and Rafael was the contract of the company that makes the reservations. And even after being fired, the Hostel still keeps photos and reviews about an employee who is no longer part of the team. I was completely helpless by the company, which at no point empathized with the situation. I do not recommend this type of company because apparently they only aim for money and not the well-being of the customer. Lack of respect.

Nice place to stay
Nice and relaxed atmosphere! Was very nice to hang out with the owner and his friends. We got even a acroyoga class;) location is near the beach and you can easily walk to the other beaches near by. The owner borrowed me his surfboard. The hostel was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We stayed 4 nights here: the first night in a 6 person room and 3 in 4 person room. The 4 person room was very hot which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep in.
