RECOMMENDABLE!! LIKE AT HOME!!

The attention of Ernesto who is the owner of the place, he was always attentive to my needs and was even kind enough to offer me the room with a balcony free of charge since it was available on those dates. Nely who is in charge of the housework does her job very well!!! Everything in the room is very clean and if you can, don't miss the room with a balcony and sea view.
The photos are real and this is what the place looks like in person, you can enjoy the pool and the location is excellent both for being close to the beach and for being close to the restaurants and nightlife at bars. Excellent. Always keep the tide table in mind and be sure to take the 4x4 and Buggy excursion. The 5 nights were not enough for me, I would have stayed 2 more days in Natal.

Horrible owner

I was late, I've let him know by mail because he never picks up his phone. He was mad and at first he didn't want to let me in. He was very agressive and I was not feeling welcome as well. Also it felt wrong to use any of the facilities, he didn't liked it all.

I got welcomed by angels :)

I had a long trip and I felt quite tired, but although I got there later than communicated when I arrived I was welcomed with warmth and smiles. Ernesto and his Bolivian family were truly nice and accommodating during the whole stay duration and we had interesting conversations.
I was there for 4 days only but felt like longer given the care and interest they put in this nicely renovated family-run hotel. My stay was relaxing, my sleep was comfortable, the food was tasty and people were friendly! Surely my go-to next time I will come to Pontanegra!

ps. they have a nice small dog! It barks at the beginning, cause it wants attentions! ahaha it certainly won't bit since its very friendly too :)

Lugar acolhedor, super confortável e localização fantástica

Localização fantástica, com ambiente super agradável, instalações novas e um atendimento impecável. Fiz uma longa estadia e me senti em casa. Certamente voltarei e recomendo fortemente. Café da manhã muito bom, piscina super boa, e me senti muito bem recebido pelo dono Ernesto e pelo simpaticíssimo Chewbacca, mascote. Foi difícil deixar um lugar que me fez sentir super a vontade. Uma escolha sem erro e foi muita sorte ter encontrado aqui.

Um lugar mais que acolhedor

Eu e minha família fomos passar uma semana em Natal e decidimos ficar nesse local maravilhoso. Ernesto, Ximena, e sua família nos receberam com muito amor e carinho. Pessoas de boa energia e de bom coração. A pousada é acolhedora e é condicente com as fotos da internet; tudo muito limpo, arrumado e cheiroso, café da manhã delicioso. Nunca pensei que poderia me sentir em casa mesmo milhas e milhas distantes. Com certeza indico para todos e voltarei assim que puder.
Ps: a estadia se tornou mais agradável do que já foi quando vimos o Chewbacca, um cachorro muito gente fina e fofo. Já estou com saudade dessa família!
