Lack of hygiene at breakfast

During breakfast, I noticed a situation that I consider to be worrying regarding hygiene and food handling practices.
Initially, the buffet presented an aspect of lack of cleaning, with various utensils and visibly dirty surfaces, missing items such as dishes, spoonfuls and bowls and transmitting an impression of carelessness with the hygiene of the environment.
In addition, I witnessed a restaurant employee behind the counter on the cell phone and some time later he left the service area to perform the bathroom cleaning. During this activity, he removed the garbage cans from the bathroom and took them to the outside area. Then he returned directly to the restaurant and began re-building utensils and food at the buffet, without being able to observe any hand hygiene procedure or change of protective equipment, such as gloves or vest.
This conduct poses a potential risk of cross-contamination and is inconsistent with good food handling practices, compromising food safety and guest confidence.
I ask that this occurrence be established and that the necessary measures be taken to strengthen hygiene procedures, staff training and the segregation of sanitary cleaning and food handling activities in order to prevent similar situations from occurring again.
