Failed hygiene from beginning to end of stay
From the entrance to the room, it was already possible to realize that the cleanliness is not a strong point of the hotel. The environment smelled like dust/grain and, on arrival, I had an allergic crisis. I stayed in the hospital for six days and, during that time, I could only sleep using anti-allergic daily.
The daily cleaning of the room is flawed and inconsistent. In a few days, the staff limited themselves to stretching the sheets from the bed and, when necessary, changing the towel. On one occasion, the dirty towel was removed and no clean towel was left, which I only realized after taking a bath. There was even a day when the staff even entered the apartment to perform any kind of cleaning.
The presence of sludge in the bathroom box demonstrates that there was no proper cleaning even before the guest's entrance, nor any effective maintenance during the stay.
In addition, the bed linen is of very low quality and the mattress is extremely uncomfortable, when I turned in the bed, it was possible to feel the springs, which greatly compromised the rest.
The receptionists are educated, but this does not compensate for the serious deficiency in the cleanliness of the apartments. Including, I will attach photos to prove the reports.
You can give up luxury, but not cleaning. Unfortunately, this basic requirement was not met during my stay.

Basics rooms a little dated but the price you pay reflects this
Everything is basic, it is a workers hotel not the place to take your wife for a romantic time as its location is not the best and a taxi is needed to go anywhere
Saying that the part that really works is the wifi which is fast, free and accessible throughout the hotel and the service. All the staff went out of their way for me
The food is adequate and the breakfast is standard Brasilian hotel buffet offering with plenty of choice. I stayed in another hotel in Macae the night before which was of a much higher standard but was twice the price. If you are on a budget consider this hotel.
The rooms are now in need of an update
