I highly recommend!

We spent three days in Jericoacoara and stayed at the Mandala Hostel. Everything was excellent: the beds were comfortable, the cleanliness impeccable and the breakfast very good. The whole staff was extremely attentive and friendly. I stayed with my family, including four children, and they all had a great stay. I highly recommend!

Bad experience

Your belongings are in this place and there is nothing that can be done. It was the only experience of this kind I had at the hostel. I travel a lot and always stay in a hostel. Oh, bad!

Unresolved problems

Me and my family stayed 6 nights in the hostel.
The 6 nights we couldn't sleep, with so much noise.
There is a rule of silence from 23:00, but from then on they started making noise, doors knocking, people knocking pan in the kitchen, walking on the stones (because there is a sidewalk to walk), talking loudly, going through the corridors dragging the chin, finally, a mess.
Every time it was 2 o'clock in the morning I was sending a message, asking with respect and education to comply with the rules of the Hostel, the next day I received a reply that was going to be done something, the next night the noise was worse, it seemed that they were doing on purpose.
I only slept last night because I put on a speaker and loud music.
Volunteers with ugly faces for me complaining.
Except for Edi, who stays at the reception, the experience was terrible.

Simple...place of passage through the area...without shining

Normal...all well...discreet...no hassles...normal attention...comfort...simple and practical...as at home..
Not much is expected...but the basics are...passable environment....no luxuries...no big surprises...
It doesn't stand out... but it doesn't disappoint...

Familia Mandala

A simple but very comfortable Inn with good beds, clean rooms, there is a good shower (with hot water) and air-conditioned, very well ventilated and excellent lighting, not to mention the friendly management service of a young team of young volunteers - very friendly and cordial. The Inn has reasonable prices and is within walking distance of the city centre, less than a 10-minute walk from the city centre, which allows you to eat well in the local restaurants;
There is a courtyard with nets to relax and a terrace in front of the Inn with tables where you can eat in the company of other guests.
In short, a good experience!
