Confusing

Dear Administrators,
I come through this to express my total dissatisfaction and indignation with the care and embarrassing situations experienced by my fiancée and my 7-year-old son during the stay at the Canoas Park Hotel, between October 23 and 26.
The trip aimed to participate in the 15th anniversary party of our niece, who resides in Canoas. After searching various accommodation options, I chose the Canoas Park Hotel for the location and good appearance, making the reservation directly with the attendant Pamela, including a room with a bathtub for two nights, with room change scheduled for the day 25.
However, the problems began on Friday. The hotel was with several Argentine guests (all male) staying on the same floor as my fiancée. These guests kept the doors of the rooms open, and as she passed through the hallway on the way to the party, they tried to pull conversation, causing embarrassment.
The worst happened on the morning of Friday to Saturday, around 1:20 a.m., when she and my son returned from the party. Again, these guests were with the doors open. When trying to enter the room, the access card showed an error. At that moment, one of the men approached, under the pretext of helping, but facing and making comments in Spanish, which left my fiancée even more uncomfortable.
She then went down to the reception to exchange the card, and when she returned, the same individuals continued in the hallway, looking intimidatingly.
As I currently live in Saudi Arabia, I only learned about the incident a few hours later, and immediately contacted the hotel via WhatsApp from the reception, requesting a position.
On Saturday, when making the room change (as previously combined), the situation worsened: the attendant handed over the new key without informing the number of the apartment, which led my fiancée to try to open room 615 (as previously directed by attendant Pamela). The card didn’t work, and the cleaner, trying to help, opened the door of a busy room, exposing my family to another embarrassing situation.
Back at the reception, the attendant grossly stated that he had decided to change my family from walking on his own, “to avoid something worse,” as if the problem had been caused by them — and not by the guests who had disrespected the rules of cohabitation and safety.
Later, the same employee contacted me saying that the hotel would not charge a daily fee as a form of courtesy, which I consider an inadequate and unacceptable attitude given the gravity of the incident.
This is not about money, but about respect, security and dignity. My fiancée and my son went to the hotel to celebrate a special moment in the family and ended up going through fear and embarrassment.
In view of this, I demand a formal withdrawal from the administration and a clear explanation of the steps that will be taken to prevent situations like this from happening again with other guests.
I await an official position with the due seriousness that the case requires.

Room small and needing updated. Old type air conditioner not “split”
Towels very thin, likely 30 years old. Breakfast just ok, not at all what it used to be. Hotel needs updated

Bad hotel experience

Bathroom very damp, bathroom furniture is getting rid of the moisture. The hotel neighborhood is noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. Air conditioning is noisy in the room too. Breakfast is good, but laundry service is a risk. One of my polo shirts came back stained, I made a deal with the manager to repair the damage, but it was just the pronoun. I ⁇ 't stay there again.
