It's not what it looks like to sell you hotel and I got an annex 3 floor x staircase I'm an elderly person and it's killer this every day. Not what I bought

Horrifying ordeal

I booked at Hanna San Diego and we were sent to Hanna Amsterdam. First we were offered hotel room when what I booked was apart. Before the complaint I was given a two-story apartment by stairs in deplorable conditions. I continued claimed as it was not even the hotel I booked and I was given a room one floor upstairs. Totally noisy. Without curtains part of the hotel on site all mess must leave from one complex to another for breakfast. Limited breakfasts little variety and little quantity. And the cleanliness very precarious. Very awful.

Not recommended at all

Disappointing truth wherever you look at it. They could not sleep, they were in the works, the workers gathered at 750 below and spoke loudly, already waking everyone, nor speak when they started with the hammer or back, impossible to rest well. Zero tension to the guest, I understand it is time for renovations prior to the season, but they could have containment for guests, start the works at 10 am to give people time to rest- It rained every day we went and not even the pool could use because it was broken EVERY DAY we were staying. We had a medical emergency and the hotel didn’t have emergency medical coverage, we had to run out to a public hospital to get ahead of ourselves in an emergency. Not to mention the reception staff, without being the late shift, but the morning shift horrible the treatment and distraction of the guest, I asked if we could make the printing of the migration paper to leave Brazil and said no, dry and cutting as if I had asked for money more or less. The customer service part of it was skipped.

Run!

Unfortunately I didn't take any photos, but here's the story. Have you seen that movie? Run!
The photos published do not correspond to reality.
Walls have black mold stains (apart from the unbearable odor), the pool is tiny on a deck practically the same size as it (maximum 2x3m).
Dirty stairs, filthy cleaning cloths drying on a clothesline next to the rooms.
It was a horrible experience, we left immediately and went to another hotel.
Then I saw that they had refunded the total amount paid to Booking - there was a provision for a full refund.
But, as I also paid the check-in fee (before seeing the room) and they didn't even have that control (they claimed that they had returned everything paid to Booking), they did not return the entire amount paid on site - only half, claiming that the platform indicated this "fine". If it was my mistake, I wouldn't have a problem with a fine, but given the situation and initial willingness to reimburse in full...
I tried to contact them and Booking customer service... living and learning.
And, for anyone going to Canasvieiras, consult the bathing report first - in January the beach was practically unsuitable for swimming the entire time (that's right, sewage above the "tolerable limit").
