It was wonderful!

We stayed in chalet number two. My husband and I loved our stay. The room is cozy, clean, fragrant. The bathroom is also great. Breakfast isn't even mentioned.
The people who work at this campground are exceptional! I want to say thank you to Juliana who was an incredible person with me and my husband, a golden girl!
Everyone was welcoming and kind!
I recommend it for anyone with pets and children, a great place for the family!

Nice place, but could improve a lot.

Nice, calm place, large bathrooms, however without a water dispenser, filtered and cold to offer to customers. Breakfast is picked up ahead of time. We stayed for 2 days, on the first day the cafe was complete, with many options, but on the 2nd day it wasn't... very few options.

Bad reception service

Terrible service, very rude reception staff, they were very rude
First time ever again, the person who answered didn't even bother to get up from the chair to advise where to stop, then he was very rude changing his voice to say that he wasn't supposed to get up to stop the car
Away with all the rudeness towards us

Comfortable Chalet accommodation

We stayed in on the the wooden chalets at the back of the property, which was very comfortable and spacious enough for 2 people. There was good aircon, and the showers were AMAZING!
The bed sheets were a bit rubbish - didn’t quite fit the mattress... and no duvet or top sheet, just a thick blanket.
Good location to walk into town. Would’ve been more helpful if the reception staff spoke a little more English.
