Clean room stuff was very nice, only lukewarm water for the shower and you’re on a busy street during business hours

Stay anywhere else.
Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again. The property appears quite old and, more importantly, was not as clean or well-maintained as expected, especially considering the price. There were noticeable stains on the walls (fingerprints, black marks, etc, stains on the couch, stains on the refrigerator, and exposed wall plugs. The kettle was extremely old and rusted, to the point that I did not feel comfortable using it. The lock on the balcony door was not functioning properly, and there were holes in the bed sheets. The full-length mirror in the bedroom was broken at the bottom, which I felt could pose a safety hazard. The water in the shower was not hot, and the drain was just an old exposed hole. It is disappointing because the property has a lot of potential, but it has not been maintained to the standard I would expect.
As someone who lives in Belize and has stayed in many accommodations throughout the country, I found this to be below the quality typically offered at this price point. Actually, there is a cute Airbnb next door, but it was already booked when I stayed here. I was also surprised by the sign in the bathroom about what not to flush, which was worded in a way that felt vulgar, specifically mentioning used condoms. Additionally, the area was quite noisy at night due to loud music. The host was hard to communicate with, maybe automated messages on Expedia had to WhatsApp. There are many other accommodations in the city that offer a much better experience, and based on my stay, I would recommend considering those instead.
Also, they gave me the wrong room, and when I went to report this to Expedia, they lied and said I received a room with a jacuzzi, which I did not; it was a standing shower with a curtain. I would have given a 2 start but I took a star off for deceitful practices as well.

I had a very disappointing experience at this property and would not recommend it.
The overall condition of the property was far below what was advertised. It is clear that the place has not been properly cleaned or maintained for quite some time. There was visible dust buildup throughout the property, including vents and surfaces, which made the environment feel dirty and neglected.
There were also serious maintenance and safety concerns. Exposed and improperly installed electrical wires and outlets were left visible, which is not only unprofessional but also potentially dangerous.
The kitchen and outdoor areas were in very poor condition. The grill was extremely dirty and rusted, clearly not cleaned or maintained. Additionally, there was no working gas available — the gas tank was empty, so we were unable to use basic kitchen functions like boiling water.
The bathroom was also not properly cleaned. The shower area showed clear signs of dirt and buildup, which made it uncomfortable to use.
Overall, the property felt neglected, poorly maintained, and not prepared for guests. For the price we paid, this is completely unacceptable.
I will be requesting a full refund and reporting this experience. I strongly advise other travelers to be cautious before booking this property.

Staff was courteous & helpful, carrying our luggage up as it was on 3rd floor. Apartment was as expected. Street traffic was rather noisy.

The room was clean, there was free parking in front of the building, it was close to things, easy, check-in, and easy Internet access. Just wish that they had ground coffee to go along with the coffee pot and creamer that I was able to locate. The other item was there was only hand soap by the sink. There was no toiletries in the shower. I was told guests bring their own coffee and they apologize for the error with the toiletries. Just check first when you get into the room and then there is a small shop next-door, but you have only one choice in size of coffee so if you’re not staying for more than one or two nights, you’re gonna have to either take it with you or leave it there. My suggestion will be to invest in some single filter packs like many hotels have and offer them to your guests as a service.
