I will visit again.
Everything was wonderful and beautiful (perfect). This is my second visit and I will visit again.
Thank you to all the staff (reception and baggage department) who are extremely cooperative and cheerful, to say the least.

تجربة ممتازة لاتوازيها جودة المطعم /needs improvement
كوني من الضيوف الدائمين في The Charterhouse Bahrain، وعلاقتي الممتازة مع طاقم الفندق على مدار السنوات، أكتب هذا الرأي بكل احترام ومحبة بهدف التطوير فقط، خاصة أن الفندق يمتلك مقومات جميلة جدًا تستحق المحافظة عليها.
الغرف ممتازة من حيث المساحة والنظافة والراحة (5/5)، الخدمة وتعامل الموظفين راقٍ جدًا (5/5)، والموقع يعتبر من أفضل مميزات الفندق (5/5). أكثر ما يميز التجربة فعلًا هو احترافية العاملين وحسن تعاملهم الدائم مع النزلاء.
لكن في المقابل، هناك نقاط تحتاج إلى إعادة نظر حقيقية، خصوصًا فيما يتعلق بالمطعم والخدمات المرتبطة به.
للأسف تجربة الطعام كانت دون المستوى تمامًا (0/5)، سواء من ناحية الجودة أو سرعة الخدمة أو دقة تنفيذ الطلبات. واجهت تأخيرًا تجاوز ساعة ونصف مع وصول الطلب ناقصًا ثم خاطئًا، وكانت تجربتا الإفطار والعشاء من أضعف التجارب مقارنة بمستوى الفنادق في البحرين.
ومن أكثر النقاط المحبطة أن الفندق يعلن عن وجود إفطار ضمن الحجز، لكن لا يوجد بوفيه مفتوح كما هو متعارف عليه، بل قائمة محدودة جدًا بخيارات قليلة وكميات بسيطة لا تناسب جميع الأذواق، دون توضيح ذلك أثناء الحجز، وهذا أمر يحتاج شفافية أكبر مع النزلاء.
كما أن فرض قيود على التنسيقات الخارجية حتى للمناسبات البسيطة يعتبر نقطة سلبية مقارنة بفنادق أخرى أكثر مرونة وتفوقًا في التقييم والخدمات.
أتمنى من إدارة الفندق التركيز على تطوير تجربة المطعم والارتقاء بجودة الطعام والخدمة بما يواكب مستوى الفندق وتميز موظفيه، لأن المكان يملك إمكانيات كبيرة فعلًا ويستحق أن يكون من أفضل الخيارات في البحرين.

As a frequent guest at The Charterhouse Bahrain, and someone who has always had a very positive relationship with the staff despite recent management changes, I’m sharing this feedback respectfully and sincerely with the intention of supporting improvement.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable (5/5), the service and staff professionalism are excellent (5/5), and the location remains one of the hotel’s strongest advantages (5/5). What truly makes this hotel special is the warm and professional attitude of the employees.
However, there are areas that seriously need improvement, especially regarding the restaurant and food services.
Unfortunately, the dining experience was extremely disappointing (0/5) in terms of food quality, waiting times, and order accuracy. One order took over 90 minutes, arrived incomplete, and was later delivered incorrectly. Both breakfast and dinner were among the weakest hotel dining experiences I’ve had in Bahrain.
Another disappointing point is the breakfast setup. While bookings are advertised as including breakfast, there is no buffet available as guests would normally expect. Instead, guests must choose from a very limited menu with small portions and little flexibility, without this being clearly communicated during booking. Transparency in this matter would greatly improve guest expectations and satisfaction.
Additionally, the recent restrictions on external decorations, even for small celebrations, reduce the hotel’s flexibility compared to other higher-rated hotels in Bahrain.
I genuinely hope the hotel management invests more attention into improving the restaurant experience and elevating the food quality and operational standards to match the overall potential of the hotel and the excellence of its staff. The property truly has the potential to be one of the best hospitality experiences in Bahrain.
