Wonderful holiday for wellness & hiking
The team is super friendly and the food is super tasty, varied and there is a huge selection of dishes from the breakfast and salad buffet.
The suites and the restaurant are decorated in a modern alpine style.
Two of the three wellness areas have been completely renovated with a great selection of different saunas.
The third wellness area with the swimming pool is very well maintained and very nice for families.
Parking spaces, ski room and bicycle room are available free of charge, as are the games room and a billiards room.
So for a 3.5 star hotel, a great range of facilities and the price-performance ratio is also right here.
Many thanks to the family who run the hotel, who were always there for their guests with full enthusiasm from morning to evening and also had nice and good hiking tips.

A hotel where customers are hunted
However, the owners and some of the staff are very unfriendly, especially if you are not a big drinker like their 'good German customers' (with whom they have a friendly chat every morning and evening). As a less digestible customer you are ignored or literally looked at like dirt.
It gets even worse if you suffer from some kind of allergy or intolerance. If you say or ask anything about this, people immediately get angry and tell you to write down on the menu what you cannot eat from it. However, if this is more than one thing, people look angry again and you are either deliberately served the wrong food or literally no food... (presenting pastries for gluten intolerance, plum ice cream for lactose and frutose intolerance, offering soup with meat noodles to a vegetarian)...
They are even able to try to bully you like little children by deliberately putting the wrong food in your food or making noise in front of your window and door until 4 am (until the other customers started complaining).
